Theia Ventures is thrilled to announce that we have led the pre-seed round in Novyte Materials, an AI-native materials discovery company. Materials innovation underpins progress across energy, manufacturing, and high-performance systems, yet the way new materials are discovered remains slow, fragmented, and capital intensive. Novyte tackles this challenge head-on and is building a platform that uses generative AI and physics-based simulations to design, validate, and reverse-engineer novel materials, dramatically shortening R&D cycles and lowering dependence on costly early-stage physical testing.
